1. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver all over Egypt through our trusted courier partners.

2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days in Cairo & Giza, and 3–7 business days in other governorates.

3. Do you charge for shipping?
No, shipping is free. However, if you refuse the order after dispatch or change your mind upon delivery, a 100 EGP handling fee will apply.

4. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery if the product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Please check our [Return & Refund Policy] for full details.

5. Can I return prescription glasses?
Prescription lenses that are customized (cut to your measurements) cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. How do I request a return or exchange?
You can contact us via Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, or email at info@aynakeyewear.com. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

7. Do you offer a preview service before purchase?
Yes, we offer a one-time preview service at your doorstep for medical eyeglasses only. The preview lasts up to 15 minutes. Customers must handle products carefully. Products cannot be kept unless full payment is made.
